Begin Your Comprehensive
3-Stage Treatment Plan
Once you have received your treatment pack, choose a start date that works for you to begin Preparing To Be A Non-Smoker.
This stage lasts 6 days and lays the essential groundwork to prepare you for Day 7 when you will become a non-smoker.
You will complete a few daily tasks to kick-start the quitting process, including listening to a hypnotherapy recording and keeping a record of when you smoke.
Day 7 is Treatment Day.
In this session, we combine the resources from your treatment pack with our curated video content.
The session lasts around 3 hours. Make sure you have enough time scheduled to focus on the therapy.
We will work through a variety of Cognitive Behavioural and Mindfulness techniques — including psychoeducation and skills training — ending the session with a powerful hypnosis to reinforce our positive work at a deep, subconscious level.
By the end of this session you will have all the tools you need to stay a healthy, happy non-smoker for the rest of your life.
