About Heal

Heal is changing the way digital therapy is delivered and experienced.

Our mission is to help people break through their phobias, habits and anxieties anywhere, at any time without the need for face-to-face therapy.

Heal currently offers an online treatment plan for Smoking Cessation. We will be releasing further therapeutic packages addressing a wide range of everyday challenges, from habits and phobias to weight loss and insomnia.

At Heal we take a multidisciplinary therapeutic approach. Combining various techniques from Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (C.B.T), we tailor comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans to help clients manage and overcome a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges.

Mindfulness is the process of bringing one’s attention to our thoughts, feelings and emotions occurring in the present moment.

C.B.T

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a short-term, goal orientated and intensive approach to help people manage their problems by changing the way they think and behave.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to produce deep relaxation, which not only dramatically reduces levels of stress and anxiety but also increases an individual’s ability to respond to positive suggestions.
